3. What are the important qualities to achieve our ambition? 

I guess the most important quality is persistence and perseverance. You have to work very hard to make progress on a daily basis. And you would never give up in face of the trials and tribulations. Sometimes you cannot make a success in a single shot. But if you take enough time to consistently pursue it, it is not unrealistic to achieve your ambition, even for a grandiose one.

4. How do you balance life and work? 

Well. nowadays it is very hard to strike a balance between life and work, but still there are something I can do to achieve this. Firstly, I can better manage our time by working out a schedule before getting things started. In this way, I can fully concentrated on what I do at work and in the meantime spend some quality time with my family after work. Plus, although many tricky problems may bother me at workplace, I try not to think about them after work. I stick to the slogan “work hard and play hard”. Besides, I try my best to stay focused and improve my efficiency and productivity at work, so I don't have to work overtime even if I have loads of work to to. That's how I balance work and life. 

5. Why are some people very ambitious in their work? 

There are several reasons for this. The first reason is that some people are enthusiastic about what they are doing at work, so it's natural for them to have great passion for their work and set ambitious goals in it. Attaining them gives these people a sense of achievement. Besides, leaders play a significant role. If a leader can recognize a subordinate's work and create favorable working conditions for him or her, then there is a high possibility that the employee would be motivated to have both short-and-long term goals and remain dedicated to realizing them.
